I have enjoyed countless of hands of chemin de fer. I began working my way into the gambling dens when I was sixteen. I have enjoyed online vingt-et-un, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a little while. Given all that I have still spent a lot of money at vingt-et-un. The gambling halls have made it very hard to beat the house.

I still enjoy the game and wager on a frequent basis. Over this time period I have played a variation of 21 called "The Take it Leave it Method". You certainly won’t get rich with this tactic or beat the house, nonetheless you will experience a lot of fun. This method is based on the idea that 21 appears to be a match of runs. When you are hot your on fire, and when you are not you are NOT!

I gamble with basic strategy vingt-et-un. When I lose I wager the lowest amount allowed on the subsequent hand. If I don’t win again I wager the lowest amount allowed on the next hand again etc. Whenever I win I take the payout paid to me and I wager the initial bet again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I succeed again I take the payout paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original wager. I keep wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I lose I return the bet back down to the original bet.

I am very strict and do not back out. It gets very fun at times. If you win a few hands in sequence your wagers go up very quick. Before you know it you are wagering $100-200/ hand. I have had fantastic streaks a couple of times now. I departed a $5 table at the MGM a number of years ago with $750 after 35 minutes using this technique! And a number of days ago in Atlantic City I left a game with $1200!

You need to understand that you can give up a great deal faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more enjoyable. And you will be astonished at the streaks you witness wagering this way. Here is a chart of what you would bet if you kept winning at a $5 table.

Wager $5
Take $5 paid to you, leave the original 5 dollar wager

Bet five dollar
Leave 5 dollar paid to you for a total wager of 10 dollar

Bet 10 dollar
Take ten dollar paid to you, leave the initial ten dollar bet

Bet $10
Leave $10 paid-out to you for a total bet of 20 dollar

Bet twenty dollar
Take 20 dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial $20 wager

Bet 20 dollar
Leave 20 dollar paid to you for a total wager of forty dollar

Wager 40 dollar
Take forty dollar paid to you, leave the initial forty dollar wager

Bet 40 dollar
Leave $40 paid to you for a total wager of eighty dollar

Bet eighty dollar
Take $80 paid-out to you, leave the original $80 wager

Wager 80 dollar
Leave 80 dollar paid to you for a total bet of one hundred and sixty dollar

Bet 160 dollar
Take 160 dollar paid to you, leave the first 1 hundred and sixty dollar bet

If you left at this moment you would be up $315 !!

It is hard to go on a streak this long, but it does happen. And when it does you mustn’t alter and drop your bet or the final result won’t be the same.
