The question being pondered today is what will be the outlook of the twenty-one card counters. are the times of counting cards done? Most believe so.

Automated shuffling is being used in todays tables which makes shuffle tracking or counting cards impractical. The land-based betting houses are going to place shuffling machines at the tables.

It is said that in places like atlantic city, video cameras are being used to look at the abilities of the gamblers and smart black jack tables that keep tracks of gamblers hands and schemes using magnetized chips.

The Nevada State Gaming Commission, an agency that protects honest gambling decided that betting houses may not change the games in a way that would affect the frequency of the payouts. Since then, many Nevada casinos instruct their dealers to card count and shuffle as they please, also almost all of the betting houses keeps information of players who, including names and pictures to keep them away from the game.

So what will be the future of this twenty-one "battle"? is it just beginning or will it quickly arrive at an end? Despite all their most recent tech, political and money influences, I believe there remains a hope for a happy ending. With more than twenty-five states inside the United States allowing chemin de fer games, there are more profit opportunities for card counters than back in the olden days.
